Catering Technical Services was started as a catering equipment service company many years ago. We have combined our knowledge of catering equipment, commercial kitchens and ventilation systems to be able to offer a dedicated service to the hospitality industry. We have specialized in installing, servicing and maintaining fire suppression systems in commercial catering establishments.
We have also worked with manufacturers to design and build prototype fire suppression systems specifically for their equipment which we have been certified by the FPA for fire fighting abilities.

Working together with some of the leading companies in their fields including Amerex and Buckeye. We provide a service that covers all of the UK including the highlands and islands. We also install fire suppression systems into ships galleys.

All our work is carried out to a very high standard and is installed to the latest regulations.

We have clients that range from the oil industry to fast food chains to Michelin star restaurants.

A fire in a commercial kitchen can have a disastrous impact and can spread very easily through a building and can be spread to other areas through the ducting. The Amerex fire suppression systems that we install are designed to put out a fire at source and have nozzles fitted into the canopy plenum and ducting to put out the fire before it spreads.
